Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident presentation and public speaking abilities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment. Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills. Previous in-home sales experience preferred. Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits $100,000+ first-year earning potential for successful team members.
