We’re on the lookout for a Store Manager with vision, drive, and a serious passion for fashion!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64); font-weight: bold\">Your Mission:</span><br></p>\n<p>To execute all activities necessary to the efficient operation of the store, to support store management and provide prompt and courteous service to all customers in order to maximize sales and customer service so as to promote the company’s image of quality and professionalism.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of any assigned section or department.</li>\n<li>Assist and communicate with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach, offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirement.</li>\n<li>Work with team to meet set sales targets.</li>\n<li>Stock, replenish and clean sales areas; monitor and update display areas.</li>\n<li>Be able to train staff on product and product presentation/shop floor merchandising, ensuring store profitability and promoting the company culture.</li>\n<li>Deal with customer complaints</li>\n<li>Manage upkeep and condition of all fixtures and fabric of shop premises and ensure all equipment is in working order.</li>\n<li>Execute cash and payment systems, credit, discounts, returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures and policies</li>\n<li>Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.</li>\n<li>Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform designated staff member of stock requirements.</li>\n<li>Stand in as assistant manager in absence of Store Manager</li>\n<li>Responsible for opening and closing the store</li>\n<li>Seek and inform management about competitor activity, pricing and tactics.</li>\n<li>Ensure that shop is clean and tidy at all times</li>\n<li>processing deliveries or managing the process for deliveries related to our own section.</li>\n<li>When required in the absence of the SM &amp; ASM, appointed section leader by the SM/ASM to take ownership to oversee the floor and open/close the store.</li>\n</ul>",
