          "text": "<p>We are seeking an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Traffic Control / TMA Driver</strong>&#xa0;to support our District-Wide Signing Operations throughout the Atlanta Metro area. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe work zones on interstates and state routes during highway sign installation projects.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Set up and maintain single-lane and double-lane closures in accordance with traffic control plans</li><li>Operate attenuator (crash) trucks to protect crews working on active roadways</li><li>Perform traffic control duties including cone placement, signage setup, and lane shifts</li><li>Assist highway sign crew with installation and maintenance of roadway signage as needed</li><li>Drive and operate company vehicles safely in high-traffic environments</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks</li><li>Ensure all work zones meet DOT safety standards and regulations</li><li>Communicate effectively with crew members to maintain safe and efficient operations</li><li>Respond to emergency and after-hours work as required</li></ul>",
