What you’ll need to be successful: Proven track record in Telemarketing, Sales, or Sales Development. Completed degree or vocational education—what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, master new concepts, and continuously develop yourself. Strong technical aptitude : you enjoy understanding how things work and can translate technical features into clear, compelling value for customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to present confidently and engage stakeholders at all levels. Professional telephone etiquette and a client-focused communication style. Strong analytical thinking , negotiation abilities, and creative problem-solving skills. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus). Willingness to build a solid understanding of the intellectual property domain. Experience in IP (Patents, Trademark, Licensing) or the legal/LegalTech industry is an advantage. Self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive personality.
