You’ll work alongside architects, engineers, planners, and designers who are passionate about innovation, evidence-based design, and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and communities.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding RS&H’s Health & Science footprint throughout Florida and the Southeast while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and partners. You’ll help lead the planning, design, and delivery of impactful healthcare and science projects that support healing, innovation, and long-term community growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective healthcare and science clients </li>\n <li>Lead and contribute to the planning, design, and coordination of complex architectural projects across multiple phases</li>\n <li>Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, presentations, project deliverables and proposals </li>\n <li>Guide projects from concept development through construction administration </li>\n <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, technically sound solutions </li>\n <li>Mentor junior staff and support the growth of emerging professionals </li>\n <li>Participate in quality control reviews, site visits, and construction observations to help ensure design intent is achieved </li>\n <li>Support project planning efforts, including scope development, schedules and resource coordination</li>\n <li>Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented culture </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>To Thrive in This Role, You’ll Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience </li>\n <li>7+ years of professional architectural experience </li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management and finance</li>\n <li>Active architectural licensure in good standing </li>\n <li>Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Experience contributing to projects across multiple states and diverse market sectors, including healthcare, science & technology, and corporate/commercial facilities </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of building systems, construction methodologies and technical documentation practices</li>\n <li>Knowledge of zoning regulations, life safety standards, healthcare-related codes and permitting requirements across various jurisdictions</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate complex technical and design challenges professionally with sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience contributing to large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Familiarity with sustainable and universal design principles</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship management skills</li>\n <li>Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentorship, innovation and client service</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all phases of project delivery </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>*For consideration, you must submit a portfolio and your resume in PDF format.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Join Us</strong></p>\n<p>If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a nationally respected, employee-owned firm that is investing in the future of healthcare and science design — while working alongside talented, entrepreneurial professionals in a collaborative environment — we’d love to connect with you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join RS&H and help create spaces that inspire healing, innovation, and connection.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Makes RS&H Different</strong></p>\n<p>At RS&H, we don’t just design buildings — we create environments that improve lives, strengthen communities, and shape the future of healthcare and science.
