bold\"><span><span>Day-to-Day</span><span> Responsibilities </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple commercial roofing crews in the field</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee installation of flat roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatings, etc.)</span><span> for self-performed and subcontracted projects</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Enforce safety standards with zero-compromise discipline</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>5+ years of experience supervising commercial flat roofing </span><span>teams as a superintendent and/or project manager</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deep technical knowledge of flat roofing systems and manufacturer specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop crews</span></span><br><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong understanding of OSHA and commercial jobsite safety requirements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exceptional organizational and communication skills</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Valid
