How you'll contribute A Quality Analyst RN who excels in this role: Monitors, communicates, performs data entry of core measure indicators and any new measures that are added for regulatory compliance. Provides staff/physician education related to core measure indicator compliance. Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Maintains and monitors COMET and Quality NET systems Collaborates with QRM Director in maintaining knowledge of regulatory compliance. Participates in quality improvement activities of the organization and department. Serves as backup to the discharge advocate and maintains the on-line Health Stream activities for all staff and monitors employee compliance. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required at the time of hire, Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 6 months of hire or department transfer Licenses: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed Registered Nurse from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
