          "text": "<p>Cirrus AMI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <strong>Risk Manager</strong> to oversee all insurance claims processes across our portfolio of residential and commercial properties, as well as our corporate operations. In this critical role, you will manage property damage, personal injury, and other business claims (whether legal or administrative sources), from initial report through resolution. You will work closely with property managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, in-house and external counsel to minimize losses, ensure timely claim resolutions, and support our commitment to exceptional operations and property management.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience and strong knowledge of property insurance, claims processing, excellent negotiation skills, and highly organized.</p><p><strong>Claims &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain database of all property and corporate insurance policies, terms, contacts and limits.</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of insurance claims such as property damage, liability, personal injury, etc.</li><li>Review initial incident reports and coordinate timely communication for&#xa0;Operations to act on&#xa0;mitigation.</li><li>Handle escalated claims issues and provide or seek guidance for Operations as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with property owners, carriers and adjusters to ensure accurate and timely process, inspections and settlements.</li><li>Confer with Operations to negotiate, pass-through tenant damages to Renter’s Insurance, or seek other subrogation opportunities.</li><li>Maintain detailed claim records in our internal software;&#xa0;prepare claims analytics. Deliver regular status reports to the Executive team on risk and claims.</li></ul><p><strong>Insurance Management</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property and corporate insurance policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and related documents with our internal software systems</li><li>Assist with insurance renewals by reviewing policy terms and&#xa0;providing loss history and supporting underwriting data requests.</li></ul>",
