Will perform the following duties:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead R&D Processes</strong>: Oversee and guide the stage-gate and product stewardship processes for R&D projects, ensuring efficient and successful project execution.</li>\n <li><strong>Provide Technical Input</strong>: Offer technical expertise and support on various R&D initiatives, helping to drive innovation and maintain high standards in product development.</li>\n <li><strong>Lead South Florida Climate Ready Tech Hub Involvement</strong>: Lead Titan’s engagement in the South Florida Climate Ready Tech Hub, representing the company and collaborating with various stakeholders on climate-related technologies.</li>\n <li><strong>Launch Lab Operations</strong>: Manage day-to-day operations of the Launch Lab, collaborating with the future Marketing department to align strategies and ensure effective execution of R&D projects.</li>\n <li><strong>External Partner Coordination</strong>: Coordinate R&D projects with external partners such as startups (Natrx, CarbonUpcycling, C2CA, One Print, etc.) and universities, ensuring smooth collaboration and maximizing the value of these partnerships.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate Across Teams</strong>: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and external partners to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.</li>\n <li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives, while identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent foreign degree.</li>\n <li>2 years of engineering experience in evaluating and testing materials for development of new cement types at a cement production plant. Experience must include the following:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>2 years providing technical input during structured material and process trials.</li>\n  <li>2 years providing engineering support for product stewardship, quality control and risk management processes. </li>\n  <li>2 years evaluating innovative materials and processes, ensuring they align with plant capabilities and operational requirements.</li>\n  <li>2 years providing engineering support in a laboratory environment, including analytical support and oversight of quality and physical testing. </li>\n  <li>2 years working with external partners on collaborative research and development projects.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with climate tech initiatives and the ability to engage in discussions on climate-ready technologies.</li>\n <li>Travel up to 15% within the United States. </li>\n</ul>",
