He or she reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and must be able to follow the Director of Maintenance’s instructions and community work orders. The Maintenance Staff should be able to recognize and implement basic repairs for the Community buildings and grounds. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-right:18px;\"><u><strong>Primary Duties &amp;
