    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst (Trends) to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop, draft, review, and staff lessons learned warfighting function trend reports based on analysis of collected operational data.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Analyze after-action reports (AARs), lessons learned materials, and related data sources to identify trends, patterns, and significant observations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify both positive trends (best practices) and negative trends (issues or gaps) impacting Marine Corps operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Conduct data mining and analysis of lessons learned information to support development of formal MCCLL reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Produce analytical products that support the identification and resolution of operational issues, including contributions to Service-level processes such as the TECOM Trend Reversal and Reinforcement Process (TRRP).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Synthesize complex data into clear, concise written reports and briefings for military and Government leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure analytical products meet established standards for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and analytical rigor.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW266832321 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW266832321 BCX0\">Coordinate with stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts to validate findings and ensure alignment with operational context.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Utilize MCCLL SharePoint, Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), and other data repositories to support analysis and reporting efforts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform related work as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must be willing to work onsite as required to support program execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required to support program objectives.</li></ul><p>Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)</p><p>Education</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analysis, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, Military Studies, or related discipline) and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience;
