Which is why we offer <strong>unlimited earning potential</strong>, <strong>exceptional training</strong>, and <strong>career advancement opportunities</strong>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING/HVAC ESTIMATOR</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; proven experience as an HVAC and plumbing estimator, preferably within the new home construction industry.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and motivated with strong time management, analytical and follow through skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation processes, and industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare precise, accurate estimates.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with estimating software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst, Quickpen, Manual J, or &nbsp;similar software).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, etc.) and/or other relevant software programs.</li></ul><p>Are you persistent?
