Description
This individual will fill a key role within nexAir’s Customer Financial Services group. The Account Manager reports to a Team Lead – Account Manager and is responsible for the daily activities related to a high-volume of inbound customer requests and the maintenance, credit, and collection of assigned customer accounts. The candidate will need to fit in well in an environment that rewards smart, self-starting, and focused individuals with customer-centered responsibilities and challenges. The candidate will also need to demonstrate strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capabilities.
