Whether it be assisting guests in the bag drop area or using your organizational skills to ensure golf carts are prepped and staged, you'll work to create memorable experiences for our players and guests.  </p>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p>Salary: $19.00/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Season Start: 4/1/2026</em></li>\n <li><em>Season End: 10/31/2026</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Plus, unparalleled activities like outdoor concerts, fine dining, swimming, and more.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide the highest level of customer service to all of our guests</li>\n <li>Greet all customers in bag drop area. Unload clubs, clean and place in bag drop area or cart </li>\n <li>Clean & check carts for damages when they return</li>\n <li>Make sure all carts are accounted for and plugged in before locking up, as well as making sure grounds area is clean and ready for next day’s operations</li>\n <li>Keep range and practice area clean of golf balls, baskets, trash and trees</li>\n <li>Pick the driving range thoroughly everyday, including the rough</li>\n <li>Wash golf balls, supply clean golf balls to ball machine</li>\n <li>Clean and organize rental clubs, report any missing or damaged clubs immediately to Head or Assistant Professional</li>\n <li>Keep back room and cart area neat and clean</li>\n <li>Continually supply & prep carts to the staging area</li>\n <li>Shuttle guests to and from Inn at Suncadia if needed</li>\n <li>Additional integrated duties as related to Inn service as prescribed by Head Professional and Outside Services manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to provide legible communication</li>\n <li>Basic math skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy</li>\n <li>Organizational and prioritization skills</li>\n <li>Ability to resolve problems using good judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work as a team and/or as an individual with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data</li>\n <li>Work outside in a variety of weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#SuncadiaResort</p>",
