We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Delivery Manager to join our BNY Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Boston
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), 7-10 years experience Proven experience in service delivery management, client relationship management, or project management within a technology or managed services environment Strong understanding of Data & Analytics operational models, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients Demonstrated success in managing escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:
