This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in sourcing and purchasing IT equipment and services, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strong vendor relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our procurement procedures and ensuring we secure the best products at competitive rates.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare quotes and process procurement requests promptly based on technical team and client requirements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with vendors, primarily <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pax8 </span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SYNNE</span>X, to obtain pricing and confirm product availability.</li>\n<li>Ensure quick turnaround and accuracy in order processing.</li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive procurement records using Autotask PSA and Kaseya Quote Manager.</li>\n<li>Support renewals, licensing, and basic asset tracking for IT assets.</li>\n<li>Assist with coordination between the technical team, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth procurement operations.</li>\n<li>Perform general procurement duties and other related tasks as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT Procurement &amp; Vendor Coordination</li>\n<li>Software &amp; License Management (Microsoft 365, Adobe, VOIP, RMM (tools)</li>\n<li>MSP Operations &amp; Workflow Management</li>\n<li>Autotask contract, billing, and ticket handling</li>\n<li>Purchase order and invoice tracking</li>\n<li>Cost control and license optimization</li>\n<li>Inventory and asset record maintenance</li>\n<li>Reporting and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Systems &amp; Tools</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Autotask PSA:</span> Ticketing and request management platform.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kaseya Quote Manager:</span> Quote and procurement management system.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vendors:</span> Pax8 and SYNNEX as primary procurement partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work from our Langley HO</li>\n<li>Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests efficiently.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in IT procurement or working within an MSP environment is preferred.</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and reliable follow-through on tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Success Factors</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rapid response and turnaround on quote and procurement requests.</li>\n<li>High level of accuracy in orders and vendor coordination.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have a passion for technology, a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!</p>",
