Product Strategy Team Leader

Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Product Strategy Team Leader in Green Bay to connect customer insights with product strategy and operational execution. The Product Strategy Team Leader will lead a team of frontline support associates and be responsible for engaging with users, capturing feedback and managing the support team and processes. Responsibilities: Conduct conversations with users through interviews, advisory boards, webinars and surveys. Document and analyze user feedback to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement. Manage frontline support associates and provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities. Developing product documentation and training materials tailored to user needs. Support product launches and rollouts by leading training sessions and monitoring user adoption. Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to improve customer-facing processes and align priorities. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3–5 years of experience in product success, customer support or product management. At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
