          "text": "<p>The Store Operations Department is currently looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to monitor our NAPA Corporate Stores. The territory will include South Eastern Ontario.</p><p><strong>Salary Range:&#xa0;</strong>$58,900 – $73,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.</p><p>We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a comprehensive benefits program, access to corporate discounts, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your professional growth throughout your career.</p><p>Your main responsibilities will be the following:</p><ul><li>Evaluate each NAPA Corporate Store under your responsibility at least four times annually.</li><li>Oversee store operations, including proper returns handling and cash controls, supporting procedure implementation.</li><li>Provide guidance on inventory standards and maintenance; assist with physical inventories as needed, performing sample counts before and after.</li><li>Assess store compliance with Asset Management Programs, retraining employees and coaching new Store Managers.</li><li>Address Health &amp; Safety concerns and investigate suspected fraud or theft.</li><li>Collaborate with Regional Management to ensure procedural compliance and resolve inventory discrepancies.</li></ul>",
