Projects will include a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features as well as federal, state and local government projects.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Client Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend scoping meetings with clients</li>\n <li>Prepare fee proposals</li>\n <li>Client coordination</li>\n <li>Review project billing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers and oversee the development of design packages including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Landscape Plans</li>\n  <li>Irrigation Plans</li>\n  <li>Hardscape Plans</li>\n  <li>Site Amenity Plans</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates</li>\n <li>Review Inspection reports</li>\n <li>Provide quality control reviews of work products</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Minimum 15 years’ related experience with current licensure</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must understand the relationship between design and constructability</strong></li>\n <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
