The primary focus will be on improving the residents outward appearance and helping them to feel better about themselves overall.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Certificate confirming the completion of a cosmetology program</li>\n <li>Must be licensed by the state to practice cosmetology</li>\n <li>Proof of Liability Insurance is required</li>\n <li>Prior experience as a hair stylist or barber in a healthcare setting is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
