Tech III supports Leads in supervising small task groups and serves as a mentor for Tech I and II, setting the standard for field workmanship.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced Installation &amp; Pathways</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and dress racks, cabinets, ladder tray, and cable management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and execute complex cable routing strategies with minimal oversight.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install network devices, cameras, WAPs, card readers, and access control hardware.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform advanced fiber installation including prepping, cleaning, cleaving.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Terminations, Fiber, &amp; Testing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform expert-level copper terminations with consistent, certifiable results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fusion splice fiber and conduct OTDR and light-loss testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze test failures and perform troubleshooting until resolved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Produce complete certification reports and documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership &amp; Technical Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead small work groups or project sections confidently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train Tech I and II on advanced techniques and industry standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review work performed by lower-level techs to ensure quality and consistency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with Leads on task timelines and installation sequencing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Worksite Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain high-level safety and ensure others follow PPE expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with material management and validating BOM accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work directly with Leads and Foremen during project planning and execution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3–5 years structured cabling experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Expert copper and intermediate-to-advanced fiber experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read blueprints, device maps, and riser diagrams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Certification in BICSI Installer or equivalent. (Preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience leading small teams.
