Assembles, serves, bartends, and delivers food and beverage items, using appropriate safety and sanitation methods, while adhering to the highest standards of professional etiquette. Work is performed under general supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>1. Adheres to uniform standards while on property</p><p>2. Reports to duty as scheduled. Employee reports to the Clubhouse or Asst. Clubhouse Manager on Duty upon arrival.</p><p>3. Cleans equipment and service area as prescribed by side work sheets at beginning and end of shift.</p><p>4. Checks and cleans all front of the house dining areas as applicable prior to meal service times.</p><p>5. Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and neatness in front of the house dining areas.</p><p>6. Stocks and maintains all supplies needed for shift. Reports supply shortages to Manager on Duty</p><p>7. Memorizes daily Food and Beverage specials</p><p>8. Greets Members in a warm and friendly manner within 1 minute of arrival.</p><p>9. Informs Members of specials and is knowledgeable about menu and wine list.</p><p>10. Takes Food and Beverage order and inputs to POS system</p><p>11. Delivers Food and clears any unneeded items from tables, refills beverages, checks on dining members frequently</p><p>12. Presents Checks for signature and maintains accurate member checks. Turns checks and settlement in to Manager on Duty at end of each shift.</p><p>13. Resets tables</p><p>14. Assists co-workers with Member service. Serving our Members is a “section-less” job.</p><p>15. Consistently maintains and expands food and beverage knowledge specifically as related to Club Menus and Offerings.</p><p>16. Must have a <strong>min of 1 year bartending experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties of the job classification “server”. The essential functions of the individual positions within the classification may differ.
