The Director plans and executes program-specific strategic initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's mission, strategic plan, and key performance indicators.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Essential Functions</strong></u></p><ul><li>Supervises the delivery of clinical services and ensures that service, quality, licensing, and regulatory standards are met&nbsp;</li><li>Leads a team of directors and managers and ensures that staff understand program business plan and how each member of the team services to ensure fulfillment&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures the development and delivery of evidence-based programming&nbsp;</li><li>Develops Key Performance Indicators, monitors performance, and addresses deficiencies&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors financial information to ensure performance within approved budget parameters&nbsp;</li><li>Cultivates and maintains stakeholder relationships&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors aggregate and individual productivity trends and ensures that documentation of care delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures staff competency with technology, documentation requirements, brand expectations, and other required knowledge and skills relative to program plan and KPIs&nbsp;</li><li>Partners with Quality Assurance to support client experience initiatives and compliant resolution&nbsp;</li><li>Partners with Human Resources to execute people initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent.
