As a Program Director , you'll guide teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality services that make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. From developing innovative programs to mentoring leaders and strengthening community partnerships, this role offers the opportunity to influence both people and outcomes on a meaningful scale.
Pay: Range starts at $$71,760.00 ( pay is calculated based on years of licensed experience)
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation Our compensation program includes tenure-based service increases and performance bonuses that recognize and reward high-performing team members. On-Demand Pay gives you access to a portion of your earned wages before your scheduled payday. Time Off We offer 15 days of accrued paid time off annually (increasing by one day with each year of service), 10 paid holidays, 2 wellness days, and paid parental leave. Health & Insurance Benefits Full-time and part-time team members working 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as voluntary options including accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, financial protection, and pet insurance. Valley also provides Basic Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability Insurance at no cost to eligible team members. Health Savings & Reimbursement Out-of-pocket medical expenses may be eligible for reimbursement through our Garner HRA — up to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families. Depending on your medical plan selection, you may also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA), with a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1,800 for families. Retirement Our 401(k) plan accepts both pre-tax and Roth (post-tax) contributions and includes a company match of up to 6% of your annual salary. Professional Development We invest in our team members' growth through tuition reimbursement, new licensure reimbursement, paid training and conference attendance, continuing education reimbursement, and paid time for continuing education. Job Summary & Deliverables
The Program Director oversees all aspects of one or more clinical programs to ensure high-quality clinical services, customer service, operational continuity, financial success, and regulatory compliance. The Director plans and executes program-specific strategic initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's mission, strategic plan, and key performance indicators.
Essential Functions
Supervises the delivery of clinical services and ensures that service, quality, licensing, and regulatory standards are met Leads a team of directors and managers and ensures that staff understand program business plan and how each member of the team services to ensure fulfillment Ensures the development and delivery of evidence-based programming Develops Key Performance Indicators, monitors performance, and addresses deficiencies Monitors financial information to ensure performance within approved budget parameters Cultivates and maintains stakeholder relationships Monitors aggregate and individual productivity trends and ensures that documentation of care delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant Ensures staff competency with technology, documentation requirements, brand expectations, and other required knowledge and skills relative to program plan and KPIs Partners with Quality Assurance to support client experience initiatives and compliant resolution Partners with Human Resources to execute people initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent. Supports training, culture, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Supports the resolution of employee relations issues. Works with Quality Assurance, Executive Leadership, and external licensing agencies and payers to ensure service delivery quality and compliance, and to resolve issues Models professional behavior and builds a service-focused, accountable, and supportive team
