Xpand Demand , a division of Forward Solutions , is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to complement our existing sales team, extend market reach, and accelerate business growth. This is a full-time remote (home-based) position that offers a defined yet reasonably flexible work schedule. About the Role We are looking for a personable and driven Inside Sales Representative to support one of our Fortune 1000 clients offering highly recognized brands to the away-from-home commercial marketplace. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales outreach, utilizing your strong relationship-building skills and confident, engaging communication style. This is not a call center or telemarketing position. Our Inside Sales Representatives provide a valuable service to well-established companies with long-term customers. Success in this role is measured by the number of opportunities and sales generated, along with the overall growth of our clients’ business. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance targets Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email outreach Research accounts and identify key decision makers Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads Communicate product benefits and value to potential customers Maintain accurate customer information within internal CRM systems Manage and grow an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities Preferred Qualifications B2B inside sales experience Full-cycle sales experience (both prospecting and closing) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Experience working with multiple distribution channels Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong technical and communication skills Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, Siebel, ACT, Goldmine, or similar platforms Bachelor’s degree preferred The Company: Forward Solutions is a group of service companies that help clients in evolving markets grow their business and expand into new channels. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Location This is a remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States except: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.
