We expect great outcomes, and we strive to deliver them to the community.</p>\n<p>We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS), Behavior Modification (B-MOD), and Family Support (FS) to children, adolescents, and adults. Our goal is to enhance, restore, and strengthen the skills needed for independence, stability, and healthy functioning within the home and community environments.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Services Provided:</span></p>\n<p>Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS):</p>\n<p>Enhance and restore skills needed for independence and stability in living, learning, social, and work environments.</p>\n<p>Focus on independent living skills, personal living skills, and interpersonal skills.</p>\n<p>Provide skill-building activities in a supportive community environment.</p>\n<p>Offer person-centered, strengths-based services to improve quality of life and community integration.</p>\n<p>Behavior Modification (B-MOD):</p>\n<p>Provide in vivo redirection and modeling of appropriate behaviors.</p>\n<p>Alter patterns of inappropriate or undesirable behaviors through clinically planned techniques.</p>\n<p>Develop and strengthen new, appropriate behaviors.</p>\n<p>Focus on optimizing emotional and behavioral functioning in the natural environment.</p>\n<p>Family Support (FS):</p>\n<p>Enable families or caregivers to be engaged members of the treatment team.</p>\n<p>Equip families with coping skills and educate them to advocate effectively for the member.</p>\n<p>Model and develop skills for families to manage behavioral health and substance use disorder challenges.</p>\n<p>Provide information and skills necessary for families to be active participants in the member’s treatment plan.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>Child Service Professional:</p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in psychology, social work, early childhood education, child development, or a related field.</p>\n<p>Mental Health Professional:</p>\n<p>Master’s or doctoral degree from a program primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college.</p>\n<p>One year of experience working with the population to be served.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<p>Services provided in community settings, including homes, schools, and other natural environments.</p>\n<p>Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the clients and families.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Abilities:</span></p>\n<p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p>\n<p>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</p>\n<p>Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help improve the client's quality of life.</p>\n<p>Knowledge of therapeutic techniques.</p>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract</p>\n<p>Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour</p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ability to Commute:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Florence, SC (Required)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>",
