If you have a strong background in commercial transactions and are ready to put your strengths to work in a fast-paced, in-house legal environment, then this may be the opportunity for you.</span><br><span style=\"background:white\">Infosys Limited is seeking an in-house attorney to join the Americas Legal team supporting the Infosys Sales teams in the U.S, Canada and Latin America. &nbsp;The position will report to a Senior member of the Americas Legal team and will be primarily responsible for the following: &nbsp;negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues;&nbsp;&nbsp;managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded in accordance with Infosys’ corporate risk parameters and policies and working or leading various department and organization projects as assigned.<br><br>Infosys provides services to a broad range of customers including, but not limited to the following industries, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, energy and utilities, media and communications.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The candidate should have experience contracting with customers in these areas, a good working knowledge of the issues that frequently arise and familiarity with the laws and regulations that are associated with these industries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><b><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Work location: </span></b><span style=\"line-height:115%\">We prefer candidates based in our major hub locations (Richardson, TX; Indianapolis, IN; New York City, NY; Phoenix, AZ and Raleigh, NC or nearby areas), but are open to strong candidates across the U.S. The role offers remote flexibility, with occasional travel for litigation and stakeholder meetings</span></span><br><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
