This role will be responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery within the maintenance department. As a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving time allowances for each job assigned.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is required to travel to the Winchester, TN site as needed, estimated 1-2x a week.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure down time of machines and equipment is minimized to ensure SyBridge best practices and customer standards are met</li>\n<li>Maintaining safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations</li>\n<li>Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables</li>\n<li>Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications</li>\n<li>Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals, company-assigned laptop and tools</li>\n<li>Knowledge of high-speed machining processes, adjustments and accuracy tests procedures</li>\n<li>Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair option</li>\n<li>Operate machine tools such as vertical mills, lathes, and grinders to fabricate parts and asset</li>\n<li>Install major components such as motors or hydraulic assemblies, inspect parts, sub-assemblies and finished products to ensure quality</li>\n<li>Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various CNC/EDM machines, Makino, DMG, OKK, Kuraki, ONA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millwright or Electrical license, High school diploma, or equivalent is required.</li>\n<li>Five (5) years of related experience within a Maintenance Department</li>\n<li>Five (5) years CNC service and troubleshooting experience</li>\n<li>Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Allen Bradley and Siemens controls</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of “G” Code programming</li>\n<li>Experience working in a mechanical capacity and troubleshooting is required</li>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required</li>\n<li>Ability to ensure quality standards are met</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail is required</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in time management and communication skills</li>\n<li>Available for on call work, overtime, and off shifts as required;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands &amp; Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires walking, and on your feet for most of the day. Lifting as required up to 50 pounds on occasion.
