You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here</strong></p><ul><li>Pay: $21–$23/hour based on education and experience</li><li>Training provided – no prior ABA experience required</li><li>Paid CPR &amp; PMT certification</li><li>Supervision and professional growth opportunities (RBT pathway available)</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented clinic culture</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Part-time, after-school hours:</strong> Monday–Friday, approximately <strong>3:30 PM – 7:30 PM</strong></li><li>Opportunity for increased hours during the summe<strong>r</strong> (typically 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting</li><li>Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision</li><li>Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills</li><li>Collect data and document sessions using Therap</li><li>Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive program environment</li><li>Follow all agency, state, insurance, and HIPAA requirements</li></ul>",
