Description

Position Overview The Regional Community Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this position ensures each property meets occupancy, revenue, and budgetary targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. As a leader within the Property Management team, the Regional Community Supervisor recruits, develops, and supports on-site staff, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong resident and vendor relationships. This role plays a vital part in enhancing community engagement, optimizing property performance, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. This role covers properties in the Denton Region. Regular travel in the local region is required. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies. Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations. Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
