A global leader in business and technology services.</p><p><strong>Job Title: Workers Compensation Specialist</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Aliso Viejo, CA</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 6 Months Contract </strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $48/hr - $50/hr on W2(Inclusive all)</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA), workplace accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation (WC) cases.</li><li>Handle employee leave intake, eligibility, documentation, approvals, and return-to-work coordination.</li><li>Administer accommodation requests and interactive process with employees/managers.</li><li>Coordinate WC claims with carriers, HR, managers, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain confidential employee medical records and audit-ready documentation.</li><li>Support reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.</li><li>Partner with Payroll, HRBP, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of LOA, accommodations, or Workers’ Compensation administration experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws, ADA accommodations, and WC processes.</li><li>Experience with HRIS, case management systems, and vendor platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li></ul>",
