Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered for this position.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Director of Test and Integration Automation&nbsp;will be responsible for&hellip;</p><ul><li>Defining the roles and staffing requirements to grow the test team along with working with outside vendors to define requirements for support personnel to augment the test team.</li><li>Defining and driving a vision for continuous test and integration of autonomous vehicle systems across multiple platforms.</li><li>Researching new test methods and strategies to improve testing efficiency and execution time.</li><li>Developing a strategy and tools to utilize simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and full system testing to verify safety and performance requirements.</li><li>Developing and maintaining test standards, design, and develop test equipment or procuring and handling purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.</li><li>Developing strategic and execution plans for testing prototype hardware, and software in support of research and development.</li><li>Developing and implementing a system to track testing issues and document the results of testing activities and ensuring root cause analysis for problems found during testing are completed.</li><li>Assisting the development of software test tools and processes to demonstrate coverage of all requirements, and features.</li><li>Defining and developing tools to streamline test analysis and reporting</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp;
