          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>We, at Flywire, are looking for a Salesforce Architect, ideally with a background in FinTech. Primarily you will be the technical strategist for our salesforce exosystem. &#xa0;You will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing tech stack. Your goal is to ensure that our CRM isn't just a database, but a sophisticated engine driving business growth and operational efficiencies.</p><p>You will be responsible for &#xa0;configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce subject matter expert, you will be integral in the integration of applications and ensuring that the value of the system is maximized. &#xa0; You will be partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to provide technical expertise, lead system enhancements, and ensure that every employee and stakeholder can interact with the CRM system efficiently and securely.&#xa0;<br>\n.<br>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Solution design:</strong> lead the architectural design of end-to-end solutions focusing on&#xa0;scalability, security and the clicks not code philosophy where appropriate. Analyze business requirements to determine if they should be solved with configuration or third party tool.</li><li><strong>Data and security design:</strong> design the data model, defining identity and access management and sharing data sharing is set up appropriately</li><li><strong>Technical governance: </strong>establish and enforce coding standards deployment process (CI/CD), and data Integrity protocols. Also includes, integration strategy design and managing complex Integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using middleware like Workato, Mulesoft or Boomi.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Stakeholder management: </strong>translating complex technical requirements into actual business insights for leadership and department heads. Beyond technology, this role is a leader who must often build organizational buy-in for new Solutions, ensuring that it aligns to stakeholders needs,&#xa0;while ensuring scalability.</li><li><strong>Technical Road map:</strong> planning work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features and maintain long-term technical roadmap for the platform.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Mentorship</strong>: provide guidance and code reviews for Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure best practices are followed.</li><li><strong>Innovation and Improvement: </strong>establish a culture of continuous improvement by actively evaluating new Salesforce features, including Agentforce, AI to enhance business efficiency.</li><li><strong>Training and Support:</strong>&#xa0;develops guidelines, documentation.           "text": "<p><strong>Here's What We're Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in Experience with developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ platforms, with 3+ years in an Architect capacity.&#xa0;This should also include experience with Einstein/Agentforce, and a&#xa0;proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects.</li><li>Certification as a Salesforce Certified Application Architect</li><li>Mastery of apex, lightning web components, flow and the Salesforce data model with deep understanding of event driven architecture , REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth &#xa0;and asynchronous processing.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language.</li><li>A solid track record of developing in complex Salesforce environments, including business process configuration, security, and reporting.</li><li>Data-driven decision-maker with experience in automation and an understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change.</li><li>Ability to work with XML, Java and Web Service based integrations.</li><li>Experience with Agile Methodologies</li><li>Strong Problem-solving abilities and work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong background in DEVOPS tools like Own, Copado, Gearset, or AWS Developer Tools</li><li>Salesforce Agentforce Certified professional with experience implementing AI-driven automation and Agentforce capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems.</li><li>Experience with FinTech<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul>",
