The right candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to help our customers with their shipping needs.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process customer booking requests</li>\n <li>Ensure systems are updated with correct rating to facilitate documentation and billing</li>\n <li>Handle cargo coordination; track & trace cargo</li>\n <li>Process hazardous material documentation</li>\n <li>Reconcile preload and post lost lists and create reports to meet contractual obligations</li>\n <li>Trouble shoot and resolve customer, port and vessel cargo port issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> Your experience and background include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal and writing communication skills in English</li>\n <li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on MS Excel</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Requirements</h2>\n<p>Insiders Tip:  As a Logistics Coordinator team member you are equally comfortable speaking with customers as well as our internal operations team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About ARC</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ARC provides global logistics and shipping services to the U.S. Government.
