This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on planning responsibilities and leadership in training and developing new team members.</span></p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">You will ensure accurate material availability, efficient production scheduling, and continuous improvement of planning processes across the organization.</span></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Business Analysis</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Analyze and document business processes related to MRP, inventory, production scheduling, and supply chain operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and ERP/MRP configurations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support planning accuracy and operational performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Conduct root-cause analysis for shortages, delays, and planning variances.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Translate operational needs into actionable system or process changes.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">MRP, Materials Planning &amp; Scheduling</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Lead daily and long-term planning activities using ERP/MRP systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Maintain planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, BOM accuracy).</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Coordinate material availability to support production and customer demand.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity and priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, shortages, and supply risks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and engineering teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and supply chain risks.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Training &amp; Employee Development</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Lead onboarding and training for new planners and analysts.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Provide coaching and mentorship during onboarding.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Evaluate new employees&rsquo; performance and development needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Support cross-training and backfill planning.</span></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">3&ndash;5 years of experience in business analysis within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Strong knowledge of MRP systems, materials planning, and production scheduling.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Bilingual (English &amp; French) &mdash; required</strong> due to collaboration with Quebec and France teams.</span></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Competencies</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Analytical and process-driven mindset</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Strong understanding of MRP and scheduling principles</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Leadership and coaching</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Cross-functional collaboration</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Problem-solving and continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Clear communication and documentation</span></p></li></ul>\n",
