    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A dynamic family of six in Brookline, MA a suburb of Boston, is seeking a fantastic head housekeeper to assist in the care of their large home. The schedule for this role is either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday- one weekend day will be required. The hours during the week can be flexible (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm), and the hours on the weekend are 10am-6pm. The family is ideally looking for a local candidate, but they will consider relocating for the perfect fit. If relocating, then a history of longevity with families is required for consideration. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>All care of a 9000 square foot home at a five star level </li>\n <li>Supervise 2 additional housekeepers </li>\n <li>Daily upkeep and tidying- keeping the home continually reset throughout the day </li>\n <li>Deep cleaning on a schedule to maintain the home at the highest level </li>\n <li>Implement and maintain organizational systems across closets (secondary), bathrooms, pantries, storage areas, and utility spaces.</li>\n <li>Household laundry, including pressing/ironing sheets, linens, and understanding care of high end clothing and fabrics </li>\n <li>Working alongside other staff, including other housekeepers, a chef, and several nannies </li>\n <li>Perform evening turndown in accordance with the Principals’ preferences</li>\n <li>Report directly to the estate manager </li>\n <li>Maintain household inventory including cleaning supplies, consumables, and organizational items </li>\n <li>Process packages daily, handle returns, and ensure proper placement or storage of incoming items</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent team player</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to read a room, discretion, and knowing when to step out or fade into the background </li>\n <li>Experience working in high end luxury households with exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge of how to care for high end materials - i.e. cashmere drapes, silk, marble, hardwood floors etc.</li>\n <li>Experience and willingness to assist with service </li>\n <li>Experience with laundry and ironing/pressing linens</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>US work authorization</li>\n <li>Tech savvy- the team uses apps for checklists and communication </li>\n <li>Experience in and ability to lead a team of housekeepers </li>\n <li>Willing to follow a household dress code </li>\n <li>Able to work around and with the family dog</li>\n <li>Willing to work scheduled holidays (with holiday pay)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$45-48/hr.</li>\n <li>Full benefits including health insurance </li>\n</ul>",
