You will work closely with our project management team to guide and mentor mid-level programmers, ensuring that all software solutions align with our company’s goals and customer needs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, Vue.js with Quasar framework, and MySQL.</li>\n<li>Implement robust services and APIs to support the front-end architecture.</li>\n<li>Manage and optimize application data using MySQL.</li>\n<li>Integrate and manage message-oriented middleware systems such as RabbitMQ.</li>\n<li>Work with AWS cloud services to deploy and maintain applications.</li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to mid-level developers, delegating tasks and responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within budget.</li>\n<li>Ensure code integrity, quality, and maintainability by conducting code reviews and optimizing performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software development with a strong background in .Net Core technologies.</li>\n<li>Expertise in developing applications using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js with Quasar.</li>\n<li>Proficient in database management and development with MySQL.</li>\n<li>Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.</li>\n<li>Proven experience working with AWS cloud services.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading development teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications in .Net, AWS, or other relevant technologies.</li>\n<li>Experience in agile development methodologies.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span> </span>At Techdinamics, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and teamwork.
