    "description": "<p>Clearwater Municipal Services is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Operator to join our underground rehabilitation team specializing in Spray-in-Place Pipe Lining (SIPP), culvert rehabilitation, and manhole restoration projects throughout Ontario. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the successful candidate will be signed with LiUNA Local 183.</p>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate commercial vehicles and rehabilitation equipment safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Assist with Spray-in-Place Pipe Lining (SIPP) operations for culverts, sewers, and manholes</li>\n<li>Perform preparation work including pressure washing, debris removal, cleaning, grinding, and surface preparation</li>\n<li>Operate pumps, compressors, spray systems, vacuum equipment, and support tools</li>\n<li>Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate driver logs and documentation in compliance with company policies</li>\n<li>Perform labouring duties throughout the shift in various weather and site conditions</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures, confined space protocols, and traffic laws</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and project managers</li>\n<li>Travel to project sites throughout Ontario as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract and CVOR</li>\n<li>Must be physically capable of performing labour-intensive work throughout the day</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Experience with plural component spray equipment, exposure to spray applied products, culvert/manhole preparation, underground rehabilitation, or related municipal infrastructure work is considered an asset</li>\n<li>Experience operating commercial trucks, industrial equipment, vacuum systems, or pressure washing equipment is considered an asset</li>\n<li>Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Traffic Control certifications are considered assets</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting at $37.00/hour</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday schedule</li>\n<li>Day shift, with occasional night shifts and weekends when required</li>\n<li>10+ hour shifts</li>\n<li>Overtime opportunities</li>\n<li>30–40% out-of-town work</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on specialized municipal rehabilitation projects across Ontario</li>\n<li>Union opportunity through LiUNA Local 183</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Clearwater Municipal Services</span> Clearwater Municipal Services provides underground inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation, and infrastructure renewal services for municipalities, contractors, and industrial clients throughout Ontario.
