Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more – in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.   </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, including working in tight spaces and elevated platforms.</li>\n <li>Accurately document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage.</li>\n <li>Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A current Minnesota Journeyman’s Electrical License.</li>\n <li>Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Core Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and weekend project work.</p>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
