Join our team and help shape the future of military aviation training.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ASI is seeking a highly qualified <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T-6A Subject Matter Expert (SME)</span> to support the development, validation, modernization, and delivery of advanced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">United States Air Force (USAF) pilot training programs</span>. This position leverages extensive experience as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T-6A Instructor Pilot (IP), Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) Instructor, Pilot Instructor Training (PIT) Instructor, or T-6A Simulator Instructor</span> to develop and improve instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT), courseware, assessments, and instructional materials.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The successful candidate will apply expert knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T-6A Texan II aircraft systems, flight operations, aviation training, aircrew instruction, USAF flying regulations, training standards, and instructional systems development (ISD)</span> to support high-quality training solutions for military aviation programs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Training Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop, update, validate, and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT), courseware, lesson plans, training guides, and instructional materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Incorporate current USAF flying training standards, procedures, and operational requirements into training products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support curriculum development and course modernization efforts.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Assessment Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create, update, review, and validate knowledge checks, examinations, test banks, assessments, and evaluation materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure assessments accurately measure learning objectives and training outcomes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Content Review and Validation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and validate training content for technical accuracy, operational relevance, and compliance with USAF standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate scenarios, graphics, simulations, multimedia assets, and instructional materials for quality and effectiveness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recommend improvements to training products and learning experiences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration and Stakeholder Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with instructional designers, courseware developers, engineers, program managers, and government customers throughout the training development lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in design reviews, working groups, customer meetings, and training validation events.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Aviation Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previously qualified as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T-6A Instructor Pilot (IP)</span> supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT)</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pilot Instructor Training (PIT)</span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
