    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Configuration Technician provides support to field services by configuration/imaging of Desktops, Laptops, &amp; Network Equipment prior to deployment.  The Configuration Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site content and consumables.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>● Configuration and imaging of Thin Clients, Desktops, Laptops &amp; Network equipment for all cb20 customers.</p>\n<p>● Proper inventory management and asset tracking through cb20 and customer tools.</p>\n<p>● Order, maintain, organize, and issue inventory of approved supplies and company equipment</p>\n<p>● Assist with repositioning, loading and unloading of inventory</p>\n<p>● Deliver and pick up materials as needed </p>\n<p>● Provide excellent customer service </p>\n<p>● Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines </p>\n<p>● Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications</span></p>\n<p>Education:     High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.</p>\n<p>Standards:      Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.<br>Skills:    A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.  Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  An openness to learning new technologies.  Forklift experience preferred.<br>Working time:  40 hours/week.  All other times as defined by the demands of the department.<br>Lifting:        Ability to lift 50 lbs.     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clean Driver’s License/record</span><br></p>",
