From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement AWS-native architectures (serverless and distributed systems)</li>\n<li><span>Lead backend development using Python and AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS</span></li>\n<li><span>Apply and enforce AWS Well-Architected Framework principles</span></li>\n<li><span>Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span>Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or GitHub Actions</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform</span></li>\n<li><span>Define monitoring and observability strategies using CloudWatch and X-Ray</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security, vulnerability scanning tools such as Wiz)</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with Solution Architect and cross-functional stakeholders</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>8+ years of experience in software development (cloud-focused)</span></li>\n<li><span>5+ years architecting AWS cloud applications</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, RDS, IAM)</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript</span></li>\n<li><span>3+ years of CI/CD pipeline implementation</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong communication and leadership skills</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions)</span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to high-performance or compute-intensive systems</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in regulated environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other requirements:</span><br>US Resident | US Citizenship</p>\n<p>Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)</p>\n<p>Work Modality: Hybrid </p>\n<p>Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits and Perks</span></p>\n<p>We believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
