    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Purpose</strong></p>\n<p>Summer Interns take on a wide variety of responsibilities ensuring a platform for growth and a deeper, hands-on understanding of the world of construction.&nbsp; We offer internship roles in preconstruction as well as project management.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Representative Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Solicit subcontractor bids</li>\n <li>Perform quantity takeoffs</li>\n <li>Administer subcontracts</li>\n <li>Produce and manage the submittals process</li>\n <li>Track change orders</li>\n <li>Manage procurement log</li>\n <li>Work on close out packages</li>\n <li>Assist with schedule management</li>\n <li>Learn about and support the building permit process</li>\n <li>Produce meeting minutes</li>\n <li>Review RFI’s</li>\n <li>Assist with maintaining project document files and logs</li>\n <li>Assist with maintaining a current set of drawings</li>\n <li>Perform other projects and duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
