font-size: 10pt\">Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement strategies for regulatory and marketing field trials aligned with market potential and strategic goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan and budget field trials, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and return on investment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan and manage allocated R&amp;D budget within the annual timeframe and financial business principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Approval of project plans in coordination with the Commercial Head.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Define the start, end, and completion timelines for regulatory and marketing related field trials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and select appropriate contractors for field trials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Select trial sites, crops, and cultivars based on regulatory requirements and market potential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement trial protocols in collaboration with contractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee coordination with contractors throughout the trial process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure trial integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collect trial data and present findings to Commercial Head.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan structured annual internal feedback on all R&amp;D activities completed and ongoing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Finalise detailed trial reports for submission and assist in the creation of a regulatory dossier.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide necessary data to compile regulatory dossiers for product registration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Gen<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">erate data that can be used for marketing material, emphasising product effectiveness. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"> Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field; an advanced degree will be advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 3 years’ experience in agricultural field trials, both regulatory and marketing focused.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Full professional proficiency in Afrikaans and English (speaking and writing)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
