You won't just be sitting in a chair; you’ll be an essential part of the FRC team by:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><b>Safety &amp; Surveillance:</b> Continuously scan the aquatic facility, refraining from socializing while on duty to ensure patron safety.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Rule Enforcement:</b> Communicate and enforce all policies and rules in a personable and professional manner.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Emergency Response:</b> Provide necessary care in any emergency and respond immediately to unsafe conditions on the pool deck.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Facility Operations:</b> Conduct pool inspections, complete chemical tests, and record all findings.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Opening/Closing:</b> Perform necessary facility opening and closing procedures for scheduled shifts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Maintenance:</b> Complete assigned cleaning tasks to maintain high facility standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Reporting:</b> Document any incidents or injuries and report directly to the Assistant Director/Educator of Health &amp; Safety &amp; Aquatics Program.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Customer Service:</b> Assist patrons with issues or questions while providing positive and professional service.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><b>Professional Development and Presence:</b> Attend scheduled staff meetings and in-service training as available for this per-diem position.
