    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <b>Overview</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n We’re looking for Senior Performance Engineer professionals who are driven and passionate about Performance Testing ,solution implementation and trouble shooting, who can lead the analysis, planning, framework design, script preparation, maintenance and execution of performance scripts across an enterprise application landscape. A strong background in diverse performance tools and technology be highly advantageous.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Delivery of agreed Performance Testing services to programs and projects.</li>\n  <li>Understand the Non-Functional requirements and decide on the approach and solution implementation.</li>\n  <li>Prepare design document, Test plan, estimates, status and execution report for every release/build.</li>\n  <li>Conduct analysis of business requirements, solution designs, process documentation etc., for the purpose of identifying feasible business critical transactions.</li>\n  <li>Identify scope/goal of the test along with verification criteria and obtain signoff from the stakeholder for the solution to be implemented.</li>\n  <li>Responsible for maintaining performance tools and configuration activities in the assigned team.</li>\n  <li>Ensure performance testing deliverables for an assigned project are successfully delivered according to an agreed implementation plan / schedule, and meets identified success criteria and are therefore fit for purpose.</li>\n  <li>Maintain high integrity, ensure delivery of solution meets industry standards and in a timely manner.</li>\n  <li>Build relationships and liaise closely with all stakeholders across project/program benefitting and bringing value to the project with implementation of automation solution.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Raise defects and ensure defects are retested and closed at the completion of testing</li>\n  <li>Create / Manage test data within assigned test environments catering to relevant tests.</li>\n  <li>Innovate and implement solutions for the requirements as per the industry standards.</li>\n  <li>Implement best performance test practices and standards as part of Enterprise solution.</li>\n  <li>Follow the performance test processes and procedures within the Testing practice,&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Actively participate in and continuous improvement measures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of automation.</li>\n  <li>Mentor and guide less experienced testing resources in the team.</li>\n </ul><b>Experience &amp; Personal Attributes</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline</li>\n  <li>At least 10 years in a test role with at least 8+ years in implementing performance solutions</li>\n  <li>Experience in performance testing of complex E2E integrated financial platform like Superannuation/Insurance/Banking highly desirable.</li>\n  <li>Experience in understanding application architecture, overall technology landscape of the Application, Implementation, surrounding interfaces and downstream systems for Non-Functional Requirements elicitation</li>\n  <li>Work collaboratively with architects, delivery leads, developers, database administrators and quality</li>\n  <li>Build test plans and detailed performance test scripts for key user workflows using non-functional requirements</li>\n  <li>Develop scripts or code to simulate the business critical transactions for various protocols like HTTP/HTML, Web services, MQ, RDP, Java RMI and ODBC using Jmeter or Load runner etc.</li>\n  <li>Strong understanding of performance testing practices (impact assessment, workload model, scripting and data preparation, performance execution, etc.).</li>\n  <li>Development background using Java, .Net or Python</li>\n  <li>Experience with Web Services and API's using SOAP UI and REST.</li>\n  <li>Experience in monitoring server metrics of App layer, DB layer and Host Stats using App Dynamics, CA APM, Splunk, Sitescope, Dynatrace, and investigate any bottlenecks identified during the test.</li>\n  <li>Hands on experience on using build automation tools like Jenkins, Bamboo for automating performance tests and result analysis</li>\n  <li>Analyse performance test results and compare with the Non-functional requirements/SLA</li>\n  <li>Identifying bottlenecks provide recommendations and co-ordinate with development team in fixing those and triaging</li>\n  <li>Strong experience in building Performance Engineering capabilities</li>\n  <li>Should have proven experience in delivering automation over CD/CI pipeline using Jenkins/Bamboo/Azure DevOps.</li>\n  <li>Status tracking and preparing detailed test strategy, summary reports</li>\n  <li>Proficient in version control, branching and merging using Source tree or GIT interface.</li>\n  <li>Exceptional analytical skills and troubleshooting skills in order to resolve technical glitches during implementation.</li>\n  <li>Actively participate in the continuous improvement process</li>\n  <li>Experience working in distributed delivery model with teams spread across different regions will be highly advantageous.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
