This role will also act as a single point of contact for all matters relating to Customer billing and Collections. This role demands:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Business partnering with Area Managers / Area Finance Managers and regional management to provide transparency and accurate information customer accounts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Take corrective actions for any disputes / queries from customers and escalate to operations / commercial leaders as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordination with global AR team, ROC, Operations, local finance and DA team for an effective information and process flow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Creation of a business platform to address the process gap and roadblocks for effective control on receivables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage receivables ageing and minimize the turnaround of cash cycle</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Independently manage the AR for the Region by acting as the first point of contact for regional management on all AR matters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Exploring opportunities for effective dispute management by working with business partners, identifying root cause analysis and build long term solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Implement and improve E2E process from FDA dispatch to customers, query/dispute</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">management, collections, and allocation of cash</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date statement of accounts to guide customers, Commercial, and Operations as well as concurrently managing exposures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Engage with local finance teams to understand the roadblocks and address the gaps on both collections and cash applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Drive collections strategy by monitoring global KPI’s.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Build long-term customer / stakeholder relationship to improve collection life cycle.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Good knowledge in OTC</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Well versed in financial ERPs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proven track record in receivables management (collections / query management)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work independently with limited supervision, multitask and possess strong initiative, exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple competing priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to balance multiple tasks, changing priorities &amp; font-weight: bold\">Education, Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience at senior / managerial level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related major in a public or accredited private academic institution required, Master’s degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Previous experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation/Logistics preferred, but not required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
