We are looking for eager learners that can work weekends and holidays when other workers are not present and when equipment can safely be maintained and/or replaced.  This position calls for self-starters that will seek out information and training while working in the position.  </p>\n<p>Starting wage is $27.12 per hour. <strong>This position rotates shifts</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and managing production tooling and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, minimizing downtime, and support continuous production operations.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Tool Calibration & Inspection</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform regular calibration of production tools according to schedule and standards.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preventive Maintenance (PM)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute scheduled PM activities for line tools, jigs, rails, and associated equipment.</li>\n <li>Document and report PM completion and findings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Tooling Asset Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and maintain tooling inventory, including jigs, cables, rails, and spare parts.</li>\n <li>Track and control tooling lifecycle and replacement needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Downtime Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and analyze tooling-related downtime.</li>\n <li>Implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence and improve uptime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Consumable & Spare Parts Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage tooling consumables and ensure timely replenishment.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of usage and stock levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare regular reports on calibration status, PM activities, downtime analysis, and consumable usage.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>0-3 years</p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma/GED </p>\n<p><strong>Degree Field:</strong> N/A </p>\n<p><strong>Equivalent Experience/Education:</strong> Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Trade School or other training.</p>\n<p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Intermediate</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Required: </strong>No.<strong>  If yes, what language? </strong>N/A</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Skill Level: </strong>N/A </p>\n<p><strong>Mathematical Skills: </strong>Intermediate</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional/Other Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic knowledge of tooling systems, calibration, and preventive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and maintenance tracking.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.</li>\n</ul>",
