    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Baptist Health Walker Hospital</p>\n<p>Full Time - Three 12s</p>\n<p>Day Shift</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides advanced nursing care for critically ill patients, including complex assessments, high-intensity interventions, and continuous monitoring.</p></li>\n <li><p>Uses clinical judgment and assessment data to anticipate, prioritize, and respond quickly to rapidly changing patient conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Operates and interprets specialized medical equipment and monitors, including cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Responds to emergencies with evidence-based, life-saving interventions and preplanned protocols when physicians are unavailable.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, evaluates outcomes, and advocates for patients and families.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, serves in leadership or educational roles, and supports unit and hospital goals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinates care, delegates appropriately, documents accurately, and ensures compliance with regulatory and evidence-based standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrates compassionate, age-appropriate care while maintaining legal awareness, patient rights, and a therapeutic environment.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Training </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Baptist Health unit/department. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licensure/Certification </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current State of Alabama RN license.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have at least 1 year of RN experience. </li>\n</ul>",
