You will serve as the face of the brand in the field building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.</span></p><p></p><h3><b><b>What You’ll Do</b></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner</span></p></li><li><p><span>Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence</span></p></li><li><p><span>Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store</span></p></li><li><p><span>Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><b>What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day</b></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory</span></p></li><li><p><span>Approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up</span></p></li><li><p><span>Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><b>What’s In It for You</b></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>No weekends</span></p></li><li><p><span>Weekly Pay (DailyPay Options Available)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Paid training and onboarding support</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time</span></p></li><li><p><span>Next-day pay options available</span></p></li><li><p><span>Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Company-provided mobile device and materials</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><b>What We’re Looking For</b></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adaptable, professional, and customer-focused</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Description:</b></p><ul><li>Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer</li><li>Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory</li><li>Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees</li><li>Attempt to place point of purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of business</li><li>Advise merchants by providing information on products</li><li>Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays and merchant feedback</li><li>Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products</li><li>Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed</li><li>Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations</li><li>Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in timely manner</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Performance Measurements:</b></p><ul><li>Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals</li><li>Meet or exceed weekly in store time goals</li><li>Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis</li><li>Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance</li><li>Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits</li><li>Effectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through <span>merchant awareness, </span>POP placement and consistent productivity</li><li>Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience required</li><li>Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of products and services</li><li>Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills</li><li>Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment</li><li>Ability to maintain customer confidentiality</li><li>Reliable transportation within assigned territory</li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b><u><span>What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies</span></u></b><br /><span>We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
