    "description_html": "<p>Compass Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of skilled nursing care on the Central Coast, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team in providing high quality care to our residents.</p><p><br></p><p>The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing care by overseeing and guiding the nursing services team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standard, guidelines, regulations in addition to company policy and procedure. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in skilled nursing practices, procedures and regulations as well as possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Attend care plan meetings - coordinating to ensure overall physical, emotional, and social needs are being met. In addition, observe that items in care plan are being properly implemented and provided.</li><li>Oversee/direct/coordinate/train nursing staff.
